Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector in the United States (IL/Midlothian area) to connect with homeowners, inspect homes from attic to crawl space, and close sales with trusted protection. You will be trained and supported by a nationwide brand with over 120 years of pest-control expertise.

Expect uncapped commission, paid training, a company vehicle, and competitive benefits as you help families protect their homes and investments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Willing to work in varying weather conditions.
• Paid training provided; prior pest control experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options to build trust.
• Close sales by illustrating the value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
