Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.
• Wear PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections (attic to crawl space).
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by showing value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, maximize leads.
