You'll conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, recommend treatment options, and close sales while managing appointments on an iPad. Training is provided and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces/attics.
• Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term protection.
• Schedule and manage appointments and document using iPad.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
