Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Indiana to inspect homes from attic to crawl space, explain findings, and recommend treatment options that protect homeowners’ biggest investment. You’ll close sales by demonstrating value and long-term protection while managing appointments and documentation on a company-provided iPad.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by demonstrating value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
