Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of supervisory or management experience in residential, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record when transportation is assigned.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, direct daily operations of the assigned home.
• Maintain home readiness for state, DDP, Medicaid, licensing, and company reviews.
• Direct, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; ensure coverage and staffing levels.
• Coordinate reports, records, and compliance, including medication and incident management.
• Serve as liaison with families, guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers.
