Job summary

You will develop workable staff schedules, supervise treatment plans, and coordinate with other services to ensure high-quality client care. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field, at least two years in a community-based program, and administrative supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops workable staff schedules in coordination with other services.
• Provides input on consumer care by participating in treatment plans.
• Assists with coverage on all shifts and procures relief staff as needed.
• Manages day-to-day finances of consumers and the group home.
• Ensures compliance with CARF and licensing standards in menus and records.
• Coordinates medical appointments and medication changes with staff.
