Job summary

Super Inspector in Las Vegas seeks a detail-oriented inspector with strong communication to assess residential properties, evaluating structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety, and to prepare unbiased, clear reports. You will explain findings to clients and real estate agents, support upsell of services, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and practices.

Weekend availability may be required during peak season, with physical duties including

Qualifications

Licensing: valid and active license to inspect real estate.
Experience: background in residential/commercial inspections or related fields is advantageous.
Communication: strong verbal skills to explain findings clearly.
Analytical: interpret and analyze data for accurate reporting.
Attention to detail: ensure thorough evaluations and accurate reports.
Empathy and professionalism: handle clients with care and accountability.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety).
Deliver clear, unbiased inspection reports to clients and real estate agents.
Establish and maintain trust with clients and real estate professionals through honest communication.
Promote and explain value of supplementary services to clients.
Collaborate with team members to improve service and best practices.
