Qualifications

• Licensing: Possess a valid and active Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Professional Inspector License.
• Experience: Background in residential and/or commercial inspections, customer service, or construction-related fields is advantageous.
• Communication: Exhibit strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to clients.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate the ability to interpret and analyze data accurately, ensuring precise reporting.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring thorough evaluations and accurate reporting.
• Empathy and Professionalism: Show empathy when dealing with clients, especially those under stress, and handle all matters with professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities
