Position Summary

The Residential Home Assistant provides assistance to the staff on the resident living areas by maintaining general cleanliness of the unit, stocking supplies, making beds, and taking residents to and from the bus stop.

Pay Rates & Available Shifts

2 nd shift (3p-11:30p). The base pay is $15.25 per hour, with an additional $2.00/hour shift differential and $2.00/hour weekend shift differential.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to push residents weighing up to 200 pounds in wheelchairs
• Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Ability to speak, hear, and remain alert and awake for the entire shift
• Ability to assist with the care of male and female residents.
