Job summary

Heinzerling Community is seeking compassionate Environmental Service Associates to maintain cleanliness across assigned areas and ensure resident clothing and linens are clean and available for use. This role offers a 2nd shift (11 AM – 7:30 PM) with a base pay of $17.25 per hour plus $1.00 per hour after 3 PM and $2.00 per hour weekend differential.

Position Summary

The Environmental Services Associate is responsible for the cleanliness of all assigned areas, and ensures that resident clothing and linens are clean and available for use.

Pay Rates & Available Shifts

2 nd shift (11 AM – 7:30 PM). The base pay is $17.25 per hour with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked after 3 PM and $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential.

• Clean all resident, office, and staff areas using proper supplies
• Emptying trash and delivering supplies
• Collect soiled laundry and linen to sort in laundry room
• Load washers and dryers using laundry carts
• Fold and hang resident clothing for delivery
• Sweeps, dusts, and mops floors daily

Requirements

Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly and push individuals who weigh up to 200 pounds in wheelchairs. Must be able to regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. Must be able to stay awake for the entire shift.
