Jetson is seeking skilled residential electricians for in-person work in Windsor, CO. You will join a crew to remove gas furnaces and install electric heat pump systems, collaborating with engineers to improve install processes and product efficiency.

Ideal candidates have extensive retrofit experience, a valid Journeyman license, and strong ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams. Expect full-time, on-site work with benefits and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Extensive residential retrofit experience is required.
• Journeyman or Wireman license is required.
• Familiarity with SMART panels and modern residential electrical standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical to support heat pump installs.
• Calculate electrical loads and upgrade main panels as needed.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems; perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
