Job summary

Jetson is seeking a skilled residential electrician in Centennial, CO to join our team installing electric heat pump systems and upgrading panels. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot, and ensure safety and code compliance while collaborating with engineers on product improvements.

The role requires licensure (Journeyman/Wireman) and knowledge of SMART panels, modern codes, and LOTO/OSHA standards. On-site work with a team, full-time permanent position, $28-$40/hr.

Qualifications

• Journeyman/Licensed electrician license or Wireman License.
• Familiar with SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels for upgrades.
• Knowledge of modern residential electrical building codes.
• Proficient with power and hand tools used in electrical work.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Follows OSHA Electrical Standards.
• Follows OSHA Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) standards.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical to support heat pump installs.
• Upgrade main electrical panels as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency.
