The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is seeking a full-time Residential Supervisor for a group home serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Openings in Mechanicsburg and New Cumberland, PA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or it's equivalent.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required.
• Supervisory experience and experience in Residential Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct care staff in a residential setting.
• Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals at the site and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Train and evaluate staff; participate in on-call duties and paperwork.
