Job summary

Danville in Portland, OR seeks a compassionate Program Manager to partner with Direct Support Professionals, helping adults with disabilities live with dignity in their own homes. You will lead teaching, daily support, and relationship-building to foster independence and joy.

The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management, budgeting skills, and supervisory experience, with a high school diploma required and a valid Oregon license. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Portland.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Strong relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with others.
• Excellent administrative skills to manage budgets, records, and reports
• Proven experience in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation ISP.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to allocate resources effectively
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs is a plus
• Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team

Requirements:

• Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
• Requires our drivers to be at least 21 years of age and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Current Oregon DL that meets our safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
