Job summary

• Must obtain and maintain a Group Home Site Administrator Certificate.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, operation, and maintenance of Hanna Center residential programs.
• Lead onboarding and training for Youth Counselors and manage staff schedules.
• Serve as Site Administrator for Group Homes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop policies and program budgets.
• Provide emergency medical intervention when needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and licensing standards are met.
