Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance to maintain the property's common areas, indoors and outdoors, and support general maintenance tasks as needed.

This exempt, full-time role requires attention to detail, reliability, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. The base pay ranges from $16.90 to $20 per hour, with bonus, benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school diploma is required.
• Efficient in reading instructions and documenting labor/materials.
• Punctuality, dependability, and ability to handle deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA, and standards.
• Perform physically demanding maintenance, cleaning, and moving tasks.
• Remove debris from common areas and keep walkways and lawns well-maintained.
• Maintain and repair lighting, irrigation, pool equipment, and landscaping features.
• Promote safety and assist in after-hours emergencies as needed.
