Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is hiring a Porter to maintain outdoor features and common areas of residential properties in New York. Responsibilities include landscaping, lawn care, trash removal, and general cleanliness of pools, spas, and facilities.

The role also supports maintenance tasks and professional cleaning services for residents. Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or Trade School diploma and at least one year of full-time experience in lawn or grounds maintenance.
• Ability to read instructions, document labor, and track materials.
• Strong punctuality and dependability, with the ability to work under pressure, including after-hour and weekend emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical condition of the property according to SOPs, OSHA, and industry standards.
• Remove trash and debris from common areas on a continuous basis.
• Sweep and remove debris from curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways as scheduled.
• Maintain and repair loose stairwell treads and exterior lighting.
• Mow lawns, rake leaves, and manage landscaping tasks as directed.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal maintenance as required.
