ZRS Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our Daytona Beach, FL residential properties. The role involves keeping buildings and common areas clean, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring market-ready units for residents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market ready units
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
