Capistrano Valley Glass & Mirror, a family-owned business since 1979 in San Juan Capistrano, seeks skilled glaziers who take pride in exceptional craftsmanship. You will install heavy shower doors, glass railings, and custom mirrors at residential sites along the South Orange County coast.

Qualifications

• Residential glazing experience with heavy shower doors and mirrors.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials.

• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Our crew's glass is in the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, plus some of South Orange County's finest homes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Proven residential glazing experience — heavy shower doors, custom glass railings, and custom mirror work
• Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools relevant to glazing work
• Skilled at caulking to seal joints and prevent air or water leaks
• Familiarity with trim carpentry a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
• A valid driver's license
• Pride in doing it right the first time
