Qualifications

• Proven residential glazing experience and track record of quality work.
• Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools used in glazing work.
• Skilled at caulking to seal joints and prevent leaks.
• Familiarity with trim carpentry is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pride in doing it right the first time.

Our crew's glass is in the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel and the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, plus some of South Orange County's finest homes.

TOP-DOLLAR PAY + MEDICAL

What we're looking for

• Proven residential glazing experience — heavy shower doors, custom glass railings, and custom mirror work
• Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools relevant to glazing work
• Skilled at caulking to seal joints and prevent air or water leaks
• Familiarity with trim carpentry a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship
• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed
• A valid driver's license
• Pride in doing it right the first time
