Qualifications

• 2 years residential glass experience (glazing, ordering, estimating, and/or office/project management).
• All candidates must pass initial background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their needs.
• Make proactive product suggestions based on customer needs.
• Manage customer expectations realistically.
• Accurately measure openings for pricing and ordering.
• Generate shop drawings for quotes/jobs.

Skills

Excellent verbal/written communications skills

Experience with estimating, fabricating, and/or installing residential glass products

Organizational and time-management skills

Education

HS Diploma or equivalent
