Qualifications

• Generac certifications or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair standby generator systems.
• Lead customers to informed repair decisions.

• Maintain equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe environment per guidelines and OSHA rules.
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and lifts on residential systems.
• Train and mentor apprentices.
