Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a Power Sales Representative to drive residential generator sales through lead follow-up, in-home consultations, and CRM-driven follow-ups. You will educate homeowners on product features, pricing, financing options, and availability, and guide them from presentation to purchase.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and the ability to close sales in a consultative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience required; home services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to present and sell company products and services.
• Educate customers on features, pricing, financing options, and availability.
• Prepare and submit quotes and contracts accurately and promptly.
• Obtain deposits and process customer payments.
• Generate referrals from each sales presentation.
• Stay informed about promotions, financing programs, and industry trends.
• Track and meet weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Assist management in training new Power Sales Representatives.
• Coordinate with permitting, installation, customer service, and finance teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Provide exceptional service by owning customer concerns through the process.
