Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot garage doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, sensors, remotes, and control systems.
• Perform skilled repairs and routine maintenance on residential garage doors and openers.
• Explain repair needs and options to homeowners; provide consultative product recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed records of service and installation activities, parts used, labor performed, and status.
• Operate tools safely and keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used parts and tools in company vehicle.
