Role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and lifting heavy materials while maintaining vehicle readiness and site cleanliness. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, and manuals.
• Basic math skills to calculate proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Install residential garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, cables, hinges, and related hardware per manufacturer specs.
• Perform service and diagnostic work on a range of garage door systems.
• Document full scope of work and communicate with Sales/Scheduling for approvals.
• Ensure work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Load, unload, inspect, and prepare tools and materials daily.
• Keep vehicles and job sites clean, organized, and stocked with parts.
• Communicate clearly with customers and address questions or concerns.
