Job summary

Overhead Door is seeking a skilled installer to perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential garage doors, openers, and related equipment. The role involves evaluating site conditions, communicating with customers, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of garage door installation experience.

Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
Basic math skills for measurements and conversions.

Responsibilities

Install residential garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, cables, hinges, locks, and related hardware per manufacturer specs and company standards.
Perform service and diagnostic work on residential garage door systems.
Document full scope of work and obtain approvals as needed.
Maintain safety compliance and quality standards on all jobs.
Travel to various job locations in company vehicle; load/unload tools and materials.
