Responsibilities

• Learn installation, service, repair, and selling processes for residential customers.
• Follow procedures to evaluate equipment function and perform maintenance.
• Deliver salt, filters, and other water treatment products.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace; monitor restocks.
• Submit field visit reports to service department promptly.
• Maintain safe work environment and company vehicle.
• Identify upselling opportunities and communicate to service team.
• Provide superior customer service and clear communication regarding products and payments.
