Job summary

Astound is seeking a driven door-to-door residential outside salesperson in Illinois. You will build relationships with residents and property managers, present service options, and convert leads into sign-ups.

This role features a $40,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures through strong performance. You will represent a top-tier internet provider, work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, and rely on training and mentoring while pursuing aggressive

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced outdoor field sales environment.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through door-to-door, residential outreach and direct interactions with residents and property managers.
• Pursue leads provided daily and follow up to close sales.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and report progress to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and maintain accurate sales stats.
