Job summary

Midco is expanding its West Metro sales team and seeks a driven residential sales associate to represent fiber internet, TV, and phone services in the West Metro area. The role offers a base wage plus a monthly sales incentive and paid training, with perks like free internet/TV and a $200 monthly auto allowance.

Candidates should reside in or near the West Metro, MN area. The position involves door-to-door campaigns, in-person visits, and potential travel to new markets, with a company vehicle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Sales or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Drive residential sales opportunities through door-to-door sales and networking to provide services.
• Identify customer product needs and explain Midco pricing options.
• Demonstrate product features and upsell cable TV, internet, and phone services.
• Set up accounts for new customers and prepare work orders for installs/repairs.
• Maintain turf management plan and build relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed defined sales goals and follow up with customers.
