Job summary

Midco is expanding in the West Metro (Lake Minnetonka) area and seeks a driven sales professional to represent fiber internet, TV, and phone services. The role offers a competitive base wage plus a monthly incentive and paid training.

Residential Sales Associates will drive opportunities through door-to-door efforts and networking with apartment managers, builders, agents, and realtors to grow referrals and sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive residential sales through door-to-door efforts and networking throughout the community to provide individual consumers with basic services such as telephone, internet, and cable TV.
• Identify customer needs and make recommendations. Explain pricing options and product benefits.
• Maintain turf management and build relationships with customers in the community and department.
• Set up accounts for new customers and prepare work orders for installs and service.
• Meet or exceed defined sales goals and follow up with customers as needed.
