Midco in Lawrence, Kansas is expanding its residential sales team. We seek a driven sales professional to represent fiber internet, TV, and phone services through door-to-door outreach and local networking.

The role offers a base wage plus monthly sales incentives, paid training, and perks like free internet and TV, plus benefits. Candidates should live near Lawrence, KS and be prepared to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
• Sales or related experience preferred, but not required.
• Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet.

Responsibilities

• Drive residential sales opportunities through door-to-door efforts and networking within the community to provide basic services such as telephone, internet, and cable TV.
• Identify customer needs and make recommendations, increasing understanding of Midco products and pricing options.
• Sell and upsell Midco services with knowledge of features, pricing, and campaigns.
• Set up new accounts, prepare work orders for installs, and handle customer transactions.
• Maintain turf management plan and build strong relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed defined sales goals and follow up with customers as needed.
