Lyte Fiber is seeking a Direct Sales Representative in Marshall, TX to drive door-to-door residential fiber internet sales. You will educate homeowners, identify needs, and recommend solutions while serving as a brand ambassador and meeting sales targets.

Role requires strong communication, self-motivation, consultative selling, and the ability to work in neighborhoods across the service footprint. Quota-driven, with daily to monthly performance expectations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Door-to-door/outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a quota-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Prospect residential customers through door-to-door canvassing within assigned neighborhoods.
• Generate new residential sales through consultative, face-to-face interactions.
• Educate homeowners on Lyte Fiber products, pricing, offers, installation timelines, and benefits.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend internet solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily activity, sales objectives, and monthly revenue targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to prioritize leads and manage follow-up activities.
• Follow up with prospects via in-person visits, calls, text, and email.
• Maintain a full daily sales pipeline and accurate order documentation.
