Job summary

Lyte Fiber is seeking a Direct Sales Representative in Uvalde, TX to drive residential fiber internet sales through door-to-door canvassing and in-person visits. You will educate homeowners on fiber benefits, assess needs, and recommend the right connectivity solutions.

This quota-driven role requires strong communication, self-motivation, consultative selling, and the ability to build trust with customers while representing Lyte Fiber in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Door-to-door/outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect residential customers through door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods.
• Generate new residential sales through face-to-face interactions.
• Educate homeowners on Lyte Fiber products, pricing, promotions, and installation timelines.
• Meet daily activity goals and monthly revenue targets.
• Maintain a full daily sales pipeline and manage follow-up activities.
