Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Five or more years in commercial real estate or property management.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.
• Able to work after hours and on-call.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations of all residential properties, ensuring they are clean, well maintained, and compliant with standards.
• Track occupancy and vacancies; report on measures.
• Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Lead property improvements and capital projects for residential properties.
• Handle tenant complaints and conflict resolution.
• Prepare financial reports and budgets; ensure cost-efficient procurement.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure timely service.
• Support transitions of occupants between homes and apartments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
