Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Five years of experience, vocational training in one of the trades, or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to work orders requesting service.
• Assist facilities maintenance workers with minor electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Perform filter changes and minor periodic maintenance for equipment.
• Assist with drain and plumbing issues and door/window replacements.
• Perform touch-up painting in common areas and apartments.
• Maintain pathways and building exteriors; pressure wash as needed.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and ensure proper documentation.
• Inspect and clean mechanical and storage rooms; maintain safe storage of combustibles.
