Qualifications

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
• Maintain painting and cleaning of the property.
• Manage the night and weekend maintenance staff.
• Ensure maintenance staff completes all work orders timely.

HVAC certification
