Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• HVAC certification and electrical certification are preferred.
• Universal certification must be obtained within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
• Manage maintenance work and service requests.
• Hire and terminate maintenance staff as needed.
