Qualifications

• High school diploma; additional education preferred.
• HVAC certification required.
• Certification in electrical (commercial and residential) necessary.
• Universal certification to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain painting and cleaning of the property.
• Perform maintenance work, including code work and fire alarm checks.
• Schedule capital improvement projects and apartment work.
• Manage night and weekend maintenance staff.
• Ensure maintenance staff completes all work orders professionally.
