Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property.
• Conduct pruning and landscape maintenance.
• Trim, edge and mulch as directed.
• Rake leaves and collect debris from grounds and common areas.
• Clean and pick up grounds and breezeways, including trash collection.
• Remove snow and spread salt in inclement weather.
• Assist with pool maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with light maintenance as directed by supervisor.
