Lakeview Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Building & Grounds Maintenance Specialist to support LIHTC Woodland Commons in Macedon, NY.

The role includes hands-on maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks, along with grounds care and safety compliance. The position requires a NYS driver’s license, ability to lift heavy loads, and comfort working around individuals with mental illness.

Formación

• General knowledge of custodial operations, building & grounds, and landscaping maintenance.
• Ability to use hand, carpenter, electrician, and plumber tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance duties as assigned.
• Document work carried out in the electronic work order system and track expenses.
• Oversee and accompany contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Repair and maintain interior of buildings and apartments including plumbing, electrical, and finishing work.
• Maintain grounds: mow, trim, weed, prune, and water; perform snow removal and de-icing as needed.
• Ensure safe, clean, and organized work areas; operate maintenance equipment safely.
