Lakeview Health Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated residential support professional to assist individuals with mental illness in a community residence setting in Macedon, NY. You will help residents develop daily routines, apply trauma-informed approaches, and support their personal goals.

The role requires a high school diploma (or higher), NYS driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. The position offers PTO, holidays, 401(k), and health coverage options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (2+ years relevant experience) or an associate/bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License; driving is an essential function of the position.
• May be required to lift up to 35 lbs. or carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with and supports individuals with mental illnesses in residential settings.
• Teach and coach skills for independent living using recovery-focused practices.
• Develop and monitor person-centered service plans for residents.
• Assist residents with daily schedules and goals; document progress.
• Provide resident transportation using Agency vehicle as needed.
• Support in housekeeping and maintaining living spaces.
