Job summary

Rolling Suds El Paso is seeking motivated Residential Sales Representatives to build neighborhood-based exterior cleaning routes in El Paso. This commission-only outside sales role focuses on approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and following up to close self-generated revenue.

You will generate leads through canvassing, referrals, networking and direct outreach, using Workiz for opportunities and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience with commission-based outside sales is a plus.
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and starting conversations in person.
• Ability to follow up consistently and work toward closing self-generated revenue.

Responsibilities

• Generate residential leads via canvassing, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Talk with homeowners about exterior cleaning needs, present approved services and pricing, and create/manage opportunities in Workiz.
• Follow up until the customer accepts, declines or requests future contact.
