Lennar, a leading homebuilder, seeks a Purchasing Estimator to manage material take-offs, cost analysis, and EPO review across new and revised plans. You will collaborate with Purchasing and Operations to verify change requests and ensure alignment with project scopes.

Ideal candidates have two years of residential construction experience and strong Excel skills, with JD Edwards or Build Pro familiarity. This on-site role requires attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential construction/architecture experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Full understanding of residential construction, architectural, structural & MEP design required.
• MS Excel proficiency for financial modeling; familiarity with JD Edwards, Build Pro, and other proprietary software.

Responsibilities

• Create material take-offs for existing, new, and revised plans, starting with framing.
• Maintain take-offs for all active plans and verify change requests with Purchasing and Operations.
• Analyze plans for cost analysis and research proposed design ideas.
• Assist in reviewing material EPO requests to ensure take-offs and scopes of work are aligned.
