Lennar is seeking a Purchasing Assistant for LOC Purchasing in Tampa, FL. The role handles plan take-offs, budgeting, pricing, and JDE data maintenance, ensuring accurate start packages for field and office teams.

You’ll work with estimators and divisions, maintain codes, generate CPSF reports, and resolve invoice issues with suppliers. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma and 2 years of office experience, plus strong Excel/Word skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; JD Edwards experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain plan take-off information for new and revised plans.
• Maintain option take-offs for plans/communities within division responsibility.
• Monitor budgeting and start packages; review SIMs and final budgets for accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute start packages weekly to field and office teams.
• Generate supplier pricing in Excel/JDE and CPSF reports.
• Resolve take-off, budget, and invoice issues with suppliers/partners.
• Collaborate with estimators and divisions to manage workload.
