You will work on a variety of projects, which includes attending site visits, analyzing specifications, and preparing cost estimates. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry, be able to read architectural plans, and possess strong verbal communication skills. This position offers a great work-life balance with a standard 9:00 am to 5:30 pm workday, along with bonuses and other perks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the construction industry as an estimator with residential background.
• Proficiency in reading architectural plans and developing cost estimates.
• Strong awareness of long-term commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Attend site visits to gather information for tendering.
