Job summary

Bevyhouse LLC is seeking an experienced estimator/salesperson to join a design/build team focused on high-end residential projects. You will manage scopes, develop estimates, and collaborate with clients and principals to drive successful outcomes.

The role requires strong organization, multi-tasking, and timely budgets, with a pathway to advancement for the right candidate. Flexible work options and full-time employment are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of construction management experience and estimating.
• 2 or 4 year degree in construction management preferred.
• Proven ability to understand scopes of work and accurately estimate projects.
• Ability to read and understand Architectural plan sets.
• Technical understanding of residential and construction codes and best practices.
• Ability to gather information, prepare reports and communicate effectively.
• Experience with complex and high end projects.
• Demonstrable experience and passion for client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assemble scopes of work, develop estimates and proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, company principals and department leads.
• Assist in procuring materials, vendors and subcontractors as necessary for each project.
• Create project schedules.
• Provide technical input as needed.
• Seek opportunities to improve our projects through alternative products and vendor sources.
• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain quality relationships with project partners.
