Job summary

Experience with real estate closings and escrow processes.
Knowledge of residential real estate transactions.
Notary certification or willingness to obtain it.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate residential real estate closings.
Prepare escrow instructions, closing documents, and title paperwork.
Receive, manage, and disburse escrow funds in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Review transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members.
Communicate transaction status, outstanding requirements, and closing timelines to all parties.
Ensure escrow and title documents are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
Maintain organized and complete transaction files.
Address questions and help resolve issues that could delay closing.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.
