Misericordia Home seeks an Environmental Manager in Chicago to oversee staff, supervise the home’s condition and use of supplies, and ensure health and safety compliance. The role involves regular training, timely maintenance reporting, and supporting residents in home upkeep.

You will monitor sanitation, manage furniture and purchasing needs, and uphold Misericordia’s high standards while collaborating with a dedicated team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a management team member.
• Must be capable of meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
• Ability to self-organize, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Proficiency in computer skills related to Outlook, EMR, Accufund, Medline, Amazon, and Delegate.

Responsabilités

• Provide staff oversight and training on a regular basis
• Supervise the physical condition of the home
• Supervise the use of all supplies, food, and equipment in the home
• Maintain the home according to health and safety regulations
• Report and document maintenance needs in a timely manner
• Implement sanitation practices and maintain food and sanitation certification
• Assist residents in upkeep of their home
• Monitor furniture and supplies, complete supply orders
