Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required with RN or LPN licensure in Illinois.
• 3–5 years RN experience or 2–3 years LPN experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in IDD, long‑term care, or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure high‑quality resident care.
• Respond to daily operational issues; monitor workflows and staffing.
• Develop staff through training, performance management, and feedback.
• Collaborate with DON, ADON, and VP of Clinical Services on clinical initiatives.
• Promote HIPAA compliance and safe, patient‑centered care.
