Misericordia Heart of Mercy seeks an Environmental Manager to oversee staff, supervise the home’s physical condition, and manage supplies and sanitation to ensure high safety standards for residents.

You will lead a team, coordinate training, and ensure timely maintenance while supporting residents’ independence and quality of life. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Provides staff oversight and training regularly.
• Maintains health and safety standards in the home.
• Ensures proper use of supplies, food and equipment.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Provide staff oversight and training on a regular basis.
• Supervise the physical condition of the home.
• Supervise the use of all supplies, food, and equipment in the home.
• Maintain the home according to health and safety regulations.
• Report and document maintenance needs in a timely manner.
• Implement sanitation practices and maintain food and sanitation certification.
• Assist residents in upkeep of their home.
• Monitor furniture and item needs to maintain high standards.
• Monitor use of house supplies and complete supply orders.
